Accident In Boyds

(ZIZ News) — The police are investigating a traffic accident in Boyds, early Saturday morning, that has left one person injured.

According to reports, at about 12:40 am on Saturday, motor vehicle PA4825 was travelling along the Island Main Road to Basseterre when the driver lost control of the vehicle and it ran off the road, apparently hitting a nearby house.

The driver, Desroy Elliott of St. Peter’s, suffered minor injuries. The passenger was unharmed. Both are soldiers of the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force.

The front section of the car was damaged extensively. No occupants of the home were injured.
