(ZIZ News) — The police are investigating an accident on Monday near the War Memorial at Fortlands involving a car and a fuel truck.
According to reports, at about 12:15 pm the truck,P1961, owned by Delta Petroleum Limited and driven by Cleon Rey of Lime Kiln was travelling east along Wilkin Street.
The car, PA8526, driven by Kelvin Kelly of Challengers was at the stop on the southern side of the junction with Horsfords Road.
As the car come out of the stop it collided with the truck.
No injuries were reported. The police were on the scene taking statements and gathering information.
Investigations are ongoing.
