AMCHAM launches reward programme to benefit Caribbean members

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The American Chamber of Commerce of Jamaica (AMCHAM) in conjunction with ADS Global is to formally launch what they call a “game-changing” international ‘Amcham Rewards’ on June 18 in Kingston.

“Given the challenging economic times we live in, companies and business people in general are looking for more value from their membership in professional organisations and trade associations, and when our team created AmCham Rewards, I instructed them to focus on producing everyday savings for businesses that would also offer additional benefits for AMCHAM and its Members both here in Jamaica and throughout the World,” Ron McKay, CEO of ADS Global and VP for AMCHAM-Jamaica said.

Amchamrewards.com is a benefits, lifestyle and savings platform that has been tailor-made for the American Chambers of Commerce throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. The programme will offer members a network of services and products with significant savings developed for business people throughout the region, AMCHAM said in a release.

AMCHAM Executive Director, Becky Stockhausen, said that the programme “is a major boost to AMCHAM especially in an environment where things are getting tight. Beyond that, it will not only benefit the big members but also the micro and small enterprises that we are now targeting for membership.”

The American Chamber of Commerce of Jamaica was established in May, 1986, in Kingston, under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America (COCUSA) and the Association of American Chambers of Commerce of Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA).
