CPS Off and Running in 2014 League

Sports Page — The dominant Charlestown Primary School under Coach Elquemedo Willet commenced the 2014 Primary Schools Football tournament with a convincing victory over the Jocelyn Liburd Primary School (JLPS).

It was the first match of the 2014 league and was played in front of a spattering of spectators at the ET Willet Park on Monday 29th September.

By the time the strikers from the CPS team were finished, the score line was 5 goals to nil in their favour.

Scoring for the CPS team were Kenaicy Dorset who scored a hat trick and Jalden Myers who scored 2 goals.

The action will continue today Tuesday 30th September when the Elizabeth Pemberton Primary School (EPPPS) will engage the Maude Cross Preparatory School ( MCPS) on their home ground at the EPPS School-or THE FLATS, as it is commonly called.

The match is set to commence at 1.30 pm.
