Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Joseph Parry said it would be the first joint meeting for the year and his Nevis Reformation Party (NRP)-led Cabinet was ready to discuss a number of issues including devolution of power.

“We (NIA) are ready to continue to work on devolution. I strongly believe that people on all levels and all walks of life on both islands, need to get informed and involved in the devolution structure so that we can achieve much as one nation,” commented the Premier.

He said that he looked forward to the meeting because much had taken place since the last meeting which was held in 2009.
