Excitement Mounts at CSS
The excitement continues to mount at the Charlestown Secondary School, as the athletes prepare for their grand sports day scheduled for March 12th.
On Friday 21st February, the entire school showed up in their numbers to witness the cross country relay.
The athletes were at their superlative best as they started at the school’s gate, ran around to and through the ET Willet Park, onto the main road and back to the school gate for the baton exchanges.
The athletes for the most part, gave it their all, even when they got the baton late and the support crew was in their element as they shouted and screamed their support.
