Foreign Affairs Minister Comments on Relationship with Japanese Government

(ZIZ News) — While accepting a substantial donation, from the Government of Japan, that will enhance disaster reduction work in St. Kitts and Nevis, Foreign Affairs Minister, Hon. Mark Brantley used the Friday morning meeting to speak about the partnership between both countries.

“I would especially like to commend you, your Excellency, for your efforts in ensuring that this project is realised before the end of this year given your recent appointment and visit to St. Kitts and Nevis in September of this year,” he said, adding “This to my mind, your Excellency, signifies your commitment to solidifying our relations.”

Brantley said the 30 year relationship continues to provide benefits for both countries.
