GSS commences sports term with exciting cross country relay

The action commenced in the 2014 sports term as the Gingerland Secondary School hosted its first official competitive run with an exciting cross country relay on Thursday 23rd January.

The junior and senior boys ran the same route together and the entire school of supporters for the various houses came out sporting their various colours with flags, painted faces and even coloured hairstyles.

The run commenced at the school gate; across to Brino’s shop; through Hard times; into Rawlins; through Zetlands and back onto the main road onto the school.

The results are as follows:
