Hummingbird Air links St. Kitts with St. Thomas and St. Croix

Basseterre, St. Kitts (CUOPM) — Hummingbird Air – a St. Croix-based commuter airline has begun a weekend service to St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport.

According to Mr. Lionel Berridge, General Manager of Kisco Travel, local agents for Hummingbird Air, the company operates flights to St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport from St. Croix and St. Thomas on Fridays and Sundays.

“Hummingbird Air leaves St. Croix at 7 a.m. arriving St. Kits at 7:45 A.M. It departs St. Kitts at 8:30 A.M. for St. Thomas and leaves St. Thomas arriving St. Kitts at 2 P.M. leaving St. Kitts at 2: 45 P.M. for St. Croix,” Mr. Berridge told the Communications Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister (CUOPM) Sunday afternoon.

Mr. Berridge said Hummingbird air began its service to St. Kitts on November 22nd and is satisfied with the passenger load factor to date.

He disclosed that the 10-seater aircraft also carries cargo.
