Jamaica Labour Party Leader lauds infrastructural development in St. Kitts at PAM convention

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, MARCH 19TH 2012 (CUOPM) – Jamaica’s former Prime Minister, the Hon. Andrew Holness has lauded the Government of Prime Minister the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas for the infrastructural development that is taking place in St. Kitts.

“I was here 10 years ago and compared to my recollection, you have made significant improvements in your built infrastructure, but your natural environment is just as beautiful as I recall,” Mr. Holness said in a 20-minute Feature Address at the convention of the opposition People’s Action Movement (PAM) on Sunday afternoon.

Mr. Holness, the Leader of the Opposition in Jamaica in the Jamaica Parliament is also the Political Leader of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP).

Mr. Holness who arrived here Friday and left here on Sunday afternoon was facilitated during his arrival and departure by the Ministry of Finance.
