Jamaica’s Prime Minister Wants to Ban Flogging Not Only In Schools But At Home and Across Society Too
He has already signaled his intention to seek an end to corporal punishment in schools and state entities, but now Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness wants to go further. He wants it outlawed at home as well.
And he says it’s time the issue of ending corporal punishment across Jamaica be debated in Parliament.
