Junior Achievers Awarded
(ZIZ)—Students and teachers were awarded at the Sir Cecil Jacobs Auditorium on Thursday (November 21st) for their efforts to improve their business skills and practices with the creation of actual businesses from an idea through to the liquidation of those businesses.
It is believed that the Junior Achievement St. Kitts and Nevis Schools program also enhances students’ literacy skills.
At the award ceremony, Senior Education Officer, Michael Blake proclaimed his ministry’s full support of the program.
He says the Junior Achievement program is presently one of the more active co-curriculum activities for students.
The JA awards ceremony saw several students and teachers receiving awards and certificates.
