Local contractors progresses work at Christophe Harbour

ZIZ News…Wednesday 16 June 2010 – The work of local contractors and construction workers is significantly contributing to the smooth progression of the Christophe Harbour development. ZIZ News has learnt that the first neighborhood for Christophe Harbour is making head way, with two of eleven villas nearing completion.

The first phase of the development is a joint venture between a Bermudan construction company and a US builder but according to Legrand Elebash, the Chief Operating Officer for Christophe Harbour, the companies made certain to hire mostly local workers and subcontractors to assist them in constructing the homes.

He said the infrastructure for this phase is also under heavy construction.

One of the interesting things about the Christophe Harbour developers is their intense interest in seeing that all of their construction projects are not only upscale but eco -friendly.

Amongst the beachfront, harbor and hill side home sites, will be a beach club, spa, restaurants, swimming pools and nature trails. The entire project spans 2,500 acres of land on the South East Peninsular.
