Miss World St. Kitts Nevis 2012 prepares to take the world!

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts: July 11 – Markysa O’Loughlin will depart our shores on Tuesday 17th July for Ordos, Inner Mongolia China where she will represent St. Kitts and Nevis in the 62nd Edition of the Miss World Pageant.

For her participation, Miss O’Loughlin will compete in seven (7) segments. They are: Beach Beauty, Sport, Talent, Traditional Dance, Top Model, Beauty with A Purpose, Multimedia.

Markysa says “I cannot wait to represent my twin island federation in this capacity. The Miss World Pageant will give me ample opportunity to promote St. Kitts and Nevis as a premier tourist destination and I’ll do just that”. She continued “For months I have been preparing for this and my franchise holders, friends and family were very supportive throughout for that I am thankful and I extend a sincere thank you to all my supporters!”

As our Miss World Delegate prepares for to compete in the prestigious Miss World Pageant she is rallying support from the public to help her earn marks towards the newly introduced “Multimedia Award” that goes directly to her final score.

The Multimedia Award requires each contestant share their experiences with pictures, videos, and messages through their official profile that is linked to their Facebook page.

She implores the public to support her by logging on the Facebook and liking her OFFICIAL fan page. She says ” I would love everyone to log on to Facebook and like my page. The judges will be assessing our likes, feedback and how well we interact with fans and I am hoping I can get the world of support from my fellow Kittitians and Nevisians.”
