One person arrested while three convicted on various offences

ZIZ News…May 15, 2013 — Gregory Samuel of Sprott Street was formally charged for Threatening Language which was allegedly committed on 13th May 2013 at Sandy Point Police Station.

Meanwhile, Justin French of Tabernacle Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 22nd February 2013, and fined $2500.00 which is to be paid by 31st May 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days imprisonment with hard labour.

Jermaine Browne aka “Bobo” of The Alley, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Aggravated Assault which was committed on 30th December 2011 at Sandy Point, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid by 24th May 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days imprisonment with hard labour.

Marshian Gobson of Tabernacle Village was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 20th January 2013 at Estridge and was fined $500.00 which is to be paid by 27th May 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days imprisonment with hard labour; his Driver’s Licence was also suspended with immediate effect for a period of one (1) month or until 13th June 2013.
