Police destroy ganja in Mountainside, St Elizabeth

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — The Black River Police say they seized 120 pounds of cured ganja in the Round Hill district, Mountainside in St Elizabeth on Tuesday.

According to the lawmen, they were on an operation about 7:00 am when a hut was searched and the weed found and destroyed. No one was arrested in connection with the find. The estimated street value is J$600,000.
