Police Updates — 3rd October 2013

(ZIZ) Vidal Hanley of Shadwell Housing was formally arrested and charged for Battery on Police, Resisting Arrest and Malicious Damage, which were allegedly committed on 30th September, 2013.

Lesroy Hanley of Fountain Village was convicted for Battery and Malicious Damage which were committed on 12th January 2013 at Fountain. He was fined $500.00 for Battery, which is to be paid in one (1) month for or will serve one (1) month in prison, and fined $500.00 for Malicious Damage which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve one (1) month in prison.

Tyrin Browne of Cotton Ground was convicted for Malicious Damage which was committed between 20th and 24th June 2013 at Cotton ground, and sentenced to six (6) months in prison with hard labour.

Theodore Williams of Happy Hill was convicted for Larceny which was committed on 7th August 2013 at Charlestown, and fined $1,000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or will serve six (6) months in prison with hard labour.

Curtis Carey of Craddock Road was convicted for Larceny which was committed on 24th August 2013, and fined $1,000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or will serve six (6) months in prison with hard labour.
