(ZIZ News) — Arrests

Keneil Halls of Keys Village was formally arrested and charged for Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm, which was committed on 2nd December 2014.

Videal Wilkenson of Shaw Avenue was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 4th December 2014.

Aiesha Wilson of Ottleys, Nerissa Wilson of Ottley’s Gate and Andrew Williams were arrested for Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm, which was committed on 1st December 2014 at Ottely’s Gate Inn.

Nerrisa Wilson of Ottley’s Gate Inn was formally arrested and charged for Aggravated Assault, which was committed on 1st December 2014 at Ottley Gate Inn.

Rudolph Dyer of West Bourne Street was formally arrested and charged for Wounding With Intent, which was committed on 5th July 2013.

Vernlyn Zakers of Newton Ground and Sylaine Phipps of Bird Rock were formally arrested and charged for Larceny, which was committed on 28th November 2014 at Bird Rock.

Keithroy Isaac of River Ghaut, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for Causing Death By Dangerous Driving, which was committed on 6th May 2014 at Keys Village.

Court Convictions

District “A” Magistrate Court

Deshawn Peets of New Road Housing, St. Peters was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 14th July 2014 and was fined $500.00 to be paid in five (5) weeks or in default serve two (2) months imprisonment.

Ivan Richards of St. Johnson Village was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 22nd May 2014 and was cautioned.

Steve Isaac of Conaree was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 16th August 2014 and was fined $300.00 to be paid within fourteen (14) days or in default serve seven (7) days imprisonment.

District “C” Magistrate Court

Delanno Browne of Cotton Ground was convicted for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 12th November 2014 and was fined $1000.00 to be paid in six (6) months or in default serve six (6) months imprisonment.

Delroy Jarvis of West Bury was convicted for Threatening Language and Battery and was fined $800.00 to be paid in six (6) months or in default serve six (6) months imprisonment for each charge.

Kenny Mills of Nisbett Settlement was convicted for Disorderly Conduct By Making Noise and Indecent Language, and was fined $500.00 to be paid in three(3) months or in default serve three (3) months imprisonment for Disorderly Conduct By Making Noise charge and was cautioned for Indecent Language charge.

Kurt Browne of Cotton Ground was convicted for Obstructing a Police Officer While Execution of His Duty which was committed on 12th November 2014 and was fined $500.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve three (3) months imprisonment.

Traffic Accident

On 5th December 2014, Officers of Stapleton Police Station responded to a report made of a traffic accident that occurred along the Island Main Road, New Road, in the vicinity of Mary’s Snacket at around 1:00am. Initial investigation reveals that Motor Car PA6939 owned and driven by Kevonne Thomas of Upper Cayon was travelling from Monkey Hill to Basseterre when he lost control of the said vehicle and collided into P297 which is owned and driven by Warren Nisbett of Shadwell Heights, who was travelling in the opposite direction. A passenger of P297 and the driver or P6939 were injured. The driver of 6939 was transported to JNF Hospital by EMS Ambulance. Both persons were issued Police Medical forms. Injuries, measurements, explanations and damages were recorded.
