Police Updates (February 06, 2014)

ZIZ News — Darren Webster of Old Road was formally arrested and charged for Larceny which was allegedly committed on 16^th January, 2014.

Nicholas Spencer of Wingfield Road was formally arrested and charged for (1) Assault and; (2) Obstruction which were allegedly committed on 01^st February, 2014.

Ervin Allen of Church Ground was formally arrested and charged for Larceny, which was committed between 1^st and 20^th January 2014 at the Four Season Resort.

Seven (7) juveniles were formally arrested and charged for Found in an Enclosed Premises for Unlawful Purposes, which was committed on 01^st February, 2014.

Marcus Spencer of Verchilds was formally arrested and charged for Battery on Police, which was committed on 31^st January, 2014 at Sandy Point Play Field.

Also: Abkim Phillip of Cleverly Hill Sandy Point was convicted for Escaping Lawful Custody which was committed on 28^th September, 2013, and sentenced to one (1) month suspended sentence of twelve (12) months; if he commits any offence within that twelve (12) month period he will serve one (1) month in prison.

In other news : On Tuesday 3^rd  February 2014 an autopsy was carried out on the body of the late Leon “Big Dread” Henry of Upper College Street by resident Pathologist, Dr. Dora Magdariaga, who concluded that death was due to natural causes. The deceased was found dead at his home on Monday 3 February 2014.
