Police Updates (January 23, 2014)

ZIZ News — Rodney Jeffers of Lime Kiln Project was formally arrested and charged for being armed offensive weapon which was committed on January 21^st , 2014 and  Threatening Language which was committed on January 18^th , 2014.

In other News : Latoya Richardson of Phillips Village was convicted for Battery which was committed on September 20^th , 2013, and placed on a Bond in the sum of $1,5000.00 for two (2) years.

Teresse Carey of Conaree Village was convicted for Battery which was committed on September 20^th , 2013 and placed on a Bond in the sum of $1,000.00 for (2) years.

Juvenile was convicted for the offence of Battery which was committed September 20^th , 2013 and placed on a Bond for two (2) years in the sum of $1,500.00 to keep the peace and be on good behaviour for the entire period of her probation, also, must attend school regularly an punctually, and to report to the probation officer when required to do so, to attend the operation future every Saturday from 9am to 3pm for community services, which be done under the supervision of the probation officer.

Kelvin Taylor of Upper Fiennes Avenue was convicted for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intend to Supply which were committed on the September 3^rd, 2012. He was fined $2000.00 for Possession of Cannabis which is to be paid within four (4) months  or in default will serve six (6) months in prison and  $2000.00 for Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply which is to be paid within four (4) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison.

Also : Cashane Smith of East Park Range St. Kitts was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on  August  29^th, 2013 at Charlestown, and fined $3000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.

Kerri Bartlette of Craddock Road was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed on  January 10^th, 2014 at Charlestown, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid within three (3) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.
