Sandy Point man arrested for shooting and wounding with intent

ZIZ News…July 17, 2012 — The Police have arrested and charged a young man from Sandy Point on two offences.
According to a release from the Press and Public Relations Office of the Police Force, Bruce Rogers of Sandy Point was arrested and charged for the offences of Shooting with intent and Wounding with intent committed 11th July 2012.
Meanwhile, in other arrests made Margaret Douglas of Verchilds and Cleo Gumbs of Sandy Point were formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Larceny of Goods. Also, Marlon Huggins of West Farm was arrested and charged for Robbery committed on 26th May 2012 at Boyd’s Project.
