SKEA President attends OCC Conference in Columbia

Basseterre, St. Kitts – Sept 13, 2011 – Bishop Ron Dublin-Collins, President of the St Kitts Evangelical Association and National Coordinator of Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is participating in the Billy Graham Samaritan’s Purse International Conference for National Coordinators being held in Cartagena, Columbia over the period September 13-18, 2011.

The conference seeks to further equip National Coordinators in their ministry role, connect them with other ministry partners, and provides an opportunity for these team leaders to be spiritually refreshed and renewed.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is now in its third year of ministry in the Federation. This project has provided over 7,000 gifts to children in St Kitts and Nevis.

The Evangelical Churches in both St Kitts and Nevis are again preparing to share in this year’s Operation Christmas Child by distributing another 3,500 gifts to our nation’s children this year.
