‘St. Kitts Marriott celebrates its First Quarter Winners’

Basseterre (March 2012) – Marriott’s success begins with its’ associates. Recognizing our associates for their hard work and creating avenues of growth and career development for them are all part of our associate-centered environment.

2012 is off to a terrific start. First quarter of the year had an overwhelming number of associates vying for the coveted prize of being named “Associate of the Month”. Each month associates are nominated by their peers, supervisors and managers. These nominations are based on overall performance in execution of their job duties, and their ability to be a role model and leader for fellow associates.

These winners for each month will have an opportunity at the end of the year to become “Associate of the Year”.
