St. Kitts masters warm up in Practice Game

Sports Page — The St. Kitts Cricket Masters continues its preparation for the 2014 Leeward Islands Cricket Masters Tournament to be held in Nevis from the 6th to 8th June 2014.

On Sunday 1st June 2014 at 2pm a 20/20 game was played at the Lime Kiln Cricket Grounds against Young Guns. Masters won the toss and elected to bat and made 186 off of their 20 overs.

Good scores came from Junie Mitchum 60 not out and Colin Sadler 39

Young Guns in their turn at the crease made 165 with good scores coming from Weldon Edwards 54 and Bernard Island 27.

Gary Rogers : 4 overs 32 runs 2 wickets
Leroy Leader : 4 overs 28 runs 1 wicket
Junie Mitchum: 4 overs 26 runs 1 wicket.
Practice continues Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Lime kiln Playing field at 5pm.
