St. Kitts Netball Association Elects New Management Committee

Basseterre, St. Kitts: AT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held over the weekend, a new executive was elected to charter the course for Netball in St. Kitts for the next two years.

Prior to the elections, reports from the President and Treasurer were tabled. Additionally, the new constitution was ratified and accepted by the meeting.

The persons elected to form the Management Committee are as follows:-

President: Juliet Hanley –Liburd
First Vice President: Laverne Collins
Second Vice President: Ramona Carey
Secretary: Janelle Lewis
Treasurer: Cherilyn Liburd
Asst. Secretary Treasurer: Stephen Duggins
Public Relations Officer: Dominique Matthew

Dr. Thelma Phillip –Browne, the “immediate past President” will join the elected members to complete the Management Committee.

The new president (Juliet Hanley-Liburd) thanked those present for placing their confidence in her to lead the organization, while pledging her full commitment to the development of netball with the support of the teams.

The St. Kitts Netball Association thanks all for their support in the past and look forward to a greater working relationship in the future.
