The teams that are in the final group stage are Cuba, Suriname Trinidad & Tobago and host St Kitts & Nevis. The matches will be played from the 24th-28th November. The winner and runner of this group will then go to the CONCACAF group stage where two (2) out of that group will go to the London 2012 Olympics.

St Kitts Nevis had an impressive first round group stage by winning all three of their matches. The group consisted of Antigua & Barbuda, St Lucia, and Haiti. St Kitts will once again be placed on the world stage and would once again be the smallest nation in their group.
