Tree planting in Constituency #5

(ZIZ)– The Labour Party Candidate for Constituency number five got his hands dirty last week during a tree planting exercise in the area.

Dr Norgen Wilson, flanked by residents of Constituency number five, planted a number of fruit trees to help beautify the Fig Tree community.

Speaking afterwards, Dr Wilson said this simple exercise can go a long way in terms of attaining food security.

He is also hoping that this could serve as a good example where residents of other communities can go out and plant some trees.

Some of the trees planted were the local Manciport tree, Sugar Apple, Guinep, Sour Sop and a number of Citrus trees including Lime and Tangerine.
