White Sands Music Festival After-Party Launched

(ZIZ)– The White Sands Music Festival after party was launched Friday at the elite Carambola Restaurant on the South East Peninsula.

The event will be held under a Las Vegas type theme, which organizers are promising will be spectacular, and will feature all the glamour associated with the American hot spot. Another highlight of the event will be the highly anticipated SKNANB White Swimsuit Competition which will see six finalists vie for the title this year.

The corporate community has also come on board the event fully with giant companies including LIME, Carib Brewery and the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank signing on. At the launch, the corporate sponsors made hefty financial contributions to the event with LIME handing over a cheque of $25,000, Carib Brewery, $12,000 and SKNANB $8000 to representatives of Carambola, who stage the event annually.

White Sands 2014: Vegas Edition has also been fully endorsed by the St. Kitts Music Festival Organizing Committee, the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, and the Nevis Tourism Authority.

Local socialite, Naeemah Hazelle, will host the June 29th event and all activities leading up to the annual Music Festival “cool down” party.

Entertainment this year will also live up to the heightened expectations with performances by, Gharlic and the Kore Band out of Nevis, White Sands resident mix master, Dj Kevy Kev from St. Kitts, Nuphoric Vibe from Trinidad and the night’s feature artist, Jamiacan reggae superstar, Romain Virgo.

Attendance is free of cost for those attending the event in white and $10 if wearing colours other than white. This year will also feature a premium service VIP area with benefits including priority entrance to the fete, meals and bottle service.
