Women U-17 Lose first World Cup Qualifier Match

ZIZ Sports…Sept 27 2011 – The St Kitts-Nevis Women U-17 team lost their first match in their World Cup Qualifier Campaign to Dominica on Sunday 25th September. The match was played in Dominica and was the first match for most of the young ladies at this level.

The Women conceded a 5-0 lost but will have a chance to redeem themselves in the upcoming match against Dominica on Wednesday home in St Kitts.

The ladies will be playing two matches at home before they leave for Trinidad & Tobago. The games are on Wednesday 28th September at 4pm and Sunday 2nd October, 6 pm at Warner Park. These games are a must win situation for the team. They will then travel to Trinidad for their final game of their group B stage.

All persons are asked to come on out and support the ladies for the upcoming matches.
