A Chinese-owned bauxite company will be fined for an oil spill that has contaminated the Demerara River in Guyana.
But while the country’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) works out the penalty for Bosai Minerals Group (Guyana) Inc, the company will have to clean up the mess.
