ST. PETERS: Cayon sits atop the SKNFA U13 Boys League standings with 11 points after five matches, maintaining a narrow one-point advantage over second-placed St Peters, who have 10 points from the same number of games.
The top of the table remains highly competitive, with Bath United in third place also on 10 points but having played only four matches. St Paul’s United occupies fourth position with eight points from four games, while Conaree Fireball International rounds out the top five with eight points from five matches.
Conaree’s position could be stronger had they not surrendered leads in three consecutive matches, including their most recent 4-4 draw with league leaders Cayon on October 11th. That dramatic comeback allowed Cayon to maintain their unbeaten streak with three wins and two draws.
Dream Chasers Saddlers United, despite their dominant 11-0 victory over Newtown United last weekend, find themselves in seventh position with just six points from five matches. Their impressive goal difference of plus-eight suggests they’re finding their form after a difficult start to the season.
At the bottom, Trinity/Challengers remain winless after four matches, while Sandy Point has managed just one point from five games despite scoring 12 goals. Security Forces and Molineux, both on six points, occupy mid-table positions.
The league continues next Saturday with teams jockeying for position in what promises to be a competitive season.
