Job Description:
As a Production Assistant, you will provide technical support to our TV and newsroom production team. You will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment, including cameras, audio, visual, graphics, lighting, and digital tools, which are integral to our television and newsroom production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain camera equipment to capture visuals for live broadcasts and recordings;
- Assist in setting up and controlling lighting for studio and on-location shoots;
- Operate and maintain digital equipment used in the production and post-production process;
- Provide support in the creation of graphics and visuals to enhance the content of our broadcasts;
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required;
- Previous experience in a similar role or educational background in media production is a plus;
- Technical proficiency with camera, audio, visual, graphics, lighting, or digital equipment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced broadcasting environment;
- A passion for media production and actively contributes to a collaborative team environment.
