The newly commissioned Health Care facility in Tabernacle will help to ease the hassle of traveling to Basseterre to access primary healthcare.
This was according to Paula Boddie-Dia, Community Nurse in charge of the Tabernacle Health Centre, now known as the Sylvia Garnette Health Care Facility. During a brief interview with ZIZ following the commissioning ceremony, Nurse Boddie-Dia said she feels pleased that persons in the neighboring communities will be able to access the free healthcare offered in Tabernacle.
She said that although the health facility caters to those persons between Estridge and Belle Vue, all persons are welcomed to visit.
Nurse Boddie used the opportunity to explain that quite a number of primary health services will be offered at the facility and expressed how pleased she is to serve those in need.
She used the opportunity once more to invite all to take advantage of the services provided at the new facility.
