Alex Jules alias “Kaya”

(ZIZ)Alex Jules alias “Kaya” of Willet’s Project, St. Paul Village was formally charged and arrested for Wounding With Intent, which was committed on 30th November 2013 at Sandy Point.

Court Convictions:

District B Magistrate’s Court:

Clement Bartlette of Molyneaux Site was convicted for the offence of Throwing Missiles, which was committed on 4th June 2013 at Molyneaux, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.

Jason Herbert of Cardin Avenue, Basseterre was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 28th August 2013, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Franklyn Moses of Belle View Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 22nd September 2013 at Belle View, and fined $3000.00 which is to be paid by the 17th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Curtis Thomas of Parson Village was convicted for the offences of Battery and Simple Wounding which were committed on 30th July 2013 at Parson, and fined $2000.00 for the offence of Battery, which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default serve two (2) months imprisonment with hard labour and received a suspended sentence of three (3)  months imprisonment, over a year period for the offence of Simple Wounding.

David Webster alias “Luckey” of Green Tree Extension, Old Road was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language which was committed at Boyd’s Hard Court on 7th August 2013, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Junior Hodge and Chris Davis of Molyneaux were convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 18th September 2013 at Saddlers Village, and fined $1000.00 each, which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Leroy Whattley of St. Paul Village was convicted for the offences of Failing to Produce Insurance, Driving Without Due Care and Attention, and Failing to Produce Drivers Licence, which were committed on 4th September 2013 at New Guinea Boat Yard. He was fined $800.00 for Driving Without Due Care and Attention which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison and fined $100.00 each for Failing to Produce Insurance and Failing to Produce Insurance which is to be paid by 13th December 2013 or in default serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour for.
