ZIZ News — Elvis Burroughs of Cunningham Village, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for the Possession of Cannabis, which allegedly was committed at Shanty Town, Cayon on 10^th December 2013.

Tajal Heyliger of Upper Shaw Avenue, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was allegedly committed at Prickley Pear Alley at on 10^th December 2013.
