ST. PETERS: Dream Chasers Saddlers United delivered a commanding performance on Saturday, October 11th, defeating Honda Newtown United 11-0 at the National Bank Group Technical Center in St. Peters. The lopsided victory highlighted the strength of Saddlers United in the 2025-2026 SKNFA Under-13 Boys League.
Despite the impressive scoreline, Saddlers’ player Arshajil Hanley believed his team had room for improvement. “The team performed good. We could have done better defending midfield and attacking,” Hanley said. “We could have scored more goals, but the coach wanted to give everybody a game, reasonable.”
Newtown’s Jetli Nisbett acknowledged his team’s struggles and identified key areas needing work. “We did well, but we need to pass the ball more, interact more with each other, and talking to each other, and get back to the defence,” Nisbett explained.
In other weekend action, St. Peter’s FC secured a narrow 2-1 victory over Trinity Challengers United, while Security Forces overwhelmed Sandy Point 8-4 in a high-scoring encounter.
The most dramatic result came from Conaree Fireball, who surrendered a lead for the third consecutive week, settling for a 4-4 draw with Cayon. The visitors staged an impressive comeback to salvage a point from the match.
The SKNFA U13 Boys League continues next Saturday with another full slate of fixtures.
