Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 2, 2019 (ZIZ News): 16 Calypso Semi- Finalists have been revealed following the Sugar Mas 48 Senior Calypso Semi Finals Eliminations this past weekend.
King Socrates emerged in the top spot scoring a total of 245 points.
With only three points less, Queen Brown Sugar followed closely behind with 242 points.
King Oscar scored 241 points while Queen Jackie made a total of 237 points.
The remaining Power semi-finalists include, Queen Diva with 236 points, King Craig with 235 points, Ayatollah with 230 points, Lady Destiny with 229 points, Queen Kibie with 223 points, Navigator with 222 points, King Zarkie with 222 points, Queeny G with 221 points, King Hollywood with 219 points, Genesis with 218 points, Lady B with 215 points and Lil Miss with 215 points. King Godfrey is the alternate.
The calypsonians will now prepare to compete at the National Carnival Senior Calypso Semi Finals slated for Saturday December 14 2019.
The winners from that competition will then battle it out at the National Carnival Senior Calypso Finals on Sunday December 29 at Carnival Village.
