The Cable Letter to Stakeholders

Dear Valued Customers,

We are all now in a heightened state of awareness since the declaration by the World Health Organisation of COVID-19 as a pandemic.

As a responsible company, we strongly encourage our employees and customers to follow and implement all of the health and safety recommendations issued by our local health and other authorities. With one of those recommendations being to limit ‘social contact’, we have decided to share with you some alternative means of conducting business with us:

You may pay your internet or Ultra TV bills online using the platforms of any of the commercial banks in St. Kitts & Nevis

You may call our Helpdesk for matters of assistance, reporting faults or general inquiries on 465 2588

Outside of business hours (weekends and evenings included), you may contact us on the following numbers: 763 0184; 662 7742

You may also email us at: customerservice@thecable.biz to activate new or change existing services

We have shared the above information to make you aware that there are alternative ways that we can assist you without physically coming into our office, especially if you are under quarantine or may be experiencing flu-like symptoms. We urge you to take advantage of these options, understanding the importance of reducing human contact at this critical time. Our staff are adequately prepared to address customer queries via these media with care and swiftness.

We value the role we play in helping you connect with loved ones during this time of uncertainty. While we may be practicing social-distancing physically, staying engaged with the important people in our lives will help to bring us through this difficult time.

Ultimately it is our wish that all of us remain healthy after this has passed. In the meantime, we urge you to stay informed and be responsible.

Sincerely,
Pat Walters
Chief Executive Officer
The Cable
