UPDATE: Suspect held in stabbing death of 17-y-o girl

ST ANN, Jamaica – A suspect has been taken into police custody for the stabbing death of a 17-year-old girl who was found at the intersection of Bravo and Harbour streets in the St Ann’s Bay early this morning.

The individual now in custody is believed to be a man with whom the teen was having a common-law relationship.

Information received is that the teen, who is from St Elizabeth, was in St Ann just over a month.
