Spain’s Ambassador to St. Kitts Nevis, her Excellency Celsa Nuno said in this day and age learning a foreign language is necessary and in this region, Spanish makes the most sense.
CFBC President Dr Kelvin Daly said learning a foreign language is so important now that it should become part of core studies in Primary Schools.
