Eastern Caribbean Forecast: As the area of disturbed weather races towards the west, lingering moisture and instability will cause skies over the Windwards and islands further south to be mostly cloudy with a mixture of occasional showers and lighter rain today with gradual improvements expected over these islands tonight and into tomorrow. The rest of the islands which include the Leewards and islands westward to Puerto Rico will see generally fair to partly cloudy skies with a slight chance of a brief shower as a relatively stable atmosphere dominates.
