The police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in Shadwell on Tuesday afternoon that left one person dead. Police identified the victim as 23 year old Shakeem Norford, formerly of West Street, Newtown, who recently moved to Shadwell.
Investigations have revealed that Norford was sitting in a yard when someone came up behind him and shot him in the head. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
