ICT Week to Be Featured on Working for You on Wednesday, September 12

(Basseterre, September 12, 2018, ZIZNews) ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) Week in St. Kitts and Nevis, which runs from September 24-28, 2018, will be the topic of Discussion on the weekly radio and television programme “Working For you” on ZIZ Radio later today.

The expected panellists are chair of the local organizing committee for ICT Week, Theodore Browne, acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Communications, Diana Francis and Secretary General of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) Bernadette Lewis, who will join the interview by telephone.

The group discussion is set to focus on scheduled activities for ICT Week, e-government and the importance of ICTS to Caribbean Development on a whole.

During the week, the 17th Caribbean Ministerial strategic seminar will also be held from September 26-27 at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and Royal Beach Casino.

ICT Week is a collaboration between the government of St. Kitts and Nevis and Caribbean Telecommunications Union and is being held under the theme: “21st Century Government—Enhancing Connections…Accelerating Progress”

“Working For You” is carried live every Wednesday on ZIZ, WinnFM and Sugar City Rock from 1:30-3:00pm the programme is also streamed live on the SKNIS Facebook page.
