Sports Page — The annual sports meet for the Maude Smith pre- school, was held on Friday 30th January under the patronage of past student, Miss Leanissa Thomas.
A brief ceremony preceded the on track events which was chaired by Headmistress of the school, Teacher Myers.
The national anthem was rendered by another past student, Tejanah David.
The students then competed against each other but mostly in teams, in races such as: fill the bottle; Nuts and bolts; flat races; thread the roll; dress up race and the much anticipated three blind mice race, which created some hilarity.
At the end of the meet, Orange House was adjudged the winner with 452 points, with Green house in second spot with 363 points.
