Windies Women win first One Dayer

Sports Page — The West Indies women’s Cricket team, virtually strolled to a comfortable victory at Warner Park on Friday 12th September, versus the New Zealand women’s team. This in the first one dayer in their current series versus the New Zealand women’s team.

The visitors won the toss and elected to bat first and managed 142 all out.

The women in maroon completed the victory with all of 10 overs remaining, led by a controlled innings by Deandra Dottin who scored a half century.
