American Airlines St. Kitts celebrates 2019 Customer Cup win

Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 11, 2020 (ZIZ News): A cocktail reception was held at the Ocean Terrace Inn on Tuesday to celebrate American Airlines St. Kitts’ recent success as winner of the prestigious 4th Quarter of 2019 Customer Cup; one of the highest awards in the company.

During his overview of the programme, Managing Director Caribbean, Alfredo Gonzales said it is an honor to see this big win considering that the group had not won the category since 2013.

Mr. Gonzales also said that the quality performance was recognized during the year’s busiest season.

The Managing Director broke down the statistics of the American Airlines St. Kitts performance that led to the win over countries such as Liberia and The Dominican Republic.

The Company treated guests and employees to cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as well as a celebratory cake labelled “Bravo Team SKB”.

At the end of the ceremony, the winning team was given the opportunity to mingle and take photos with the 4th Quarter Customer Cup trophy.
