Press Release From Saint Christopher and Nevis Inland Revenue Department

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, February 13, 2023 (IRD) – The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) is committed to improving the service it provides to its customers and is presently implementing a new Tax Revenue  Management System to support this process. Updating our customer’s records is a vital component of introducing a new system.  

The Department will be launching a validation or clean-up exercise during 2023. This clean-up ensures that registration and transaction data are up-to-date and accurate for a smooth transition to the new Tax  Revenue Management System. The first phase of the clean-up exercise will commence during the first quarter of 2023 and will focus on updating our customer’s registration data to ensure that it is up-to-date and complete. 

We are kindly asking, our customers to comply when contacted to provide or verify existing registration and contact details, including business name, mailing address, telephone numbers and email addresses.  

Taxpayers are also encouraged when visiting the Department to have on hand two (2) pieces of valid  Government issued IDs and proof of address to update their records
