Police Updates (July 24, 2014)

ZIZ News — Arrest

Donald Mason of Saddlers Village was formally arrested and charged for Obstruction under the Drug Act, which was committed on 18th July 2014.

Court Convictions

District “A” Magistrate Court

A juvenile was convicted for Taking without the Consent of Owner and was sentenced to six (6) months confinement at the New Horizon Horizon Rehabilitation Centre.

District “C” Magistrate Court

Ishmael Farrell of Cole Hill was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 27th June 2014, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.

Aldreth Clarke of Prospect was convicted for Driving without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 26th May 2014 at Cedar Tree, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
