Shirmel Freeman crowned 2018 Miss Phenomenal

A new queen was crowned at the 2nd annual Miss Phenomenal Pageant on Sunday, December 9 2018.

Shirmel Freeman has been crowned the new Miss Phenomenal 2018.

Freeman beat out her competitors after winning the introductory speech segment and best onstage interview. She also won the award for best photo shoot.

Carol Rouse captured the 1st runner up position after winning the swimwear and evening gown appearance. she also won best t-shirt design and received the chairperson’s award.

Sasha Johnson placed 2nd runner up.

Meanwhile, Shukwonder Winter won the award for best performing talent. she was also named Miss Photogenic and received the Miss Amity Award.

Joann Mcsheen also participated in the competition.

The Miss Phenomenal 2018 pageant was held in Warner Park at Carnival Village.
