Tristar fun-run in aid of Pink Lily Cancer Care to be held on March 28th

ZIZ News…March 20 2012 — For the second time, Tristar will sponsor a 5 km charity fun-run which will create awareness and raise funds for Pink Lily Cancer Care.

In cooperation with Live strong, funds will be collected for the Pink Lily Breast Cancer Foundation with the vision to provide quality cancer care on the island.

The event will commence at the Four Seasons Resort at 4:30pm on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 and end at Pinneys Beach next to Sunshines Beach Bar. Money raised last year through Tristar initiative boosted the Breast Screening Fund that has enabled Pink Lily to offer free mammograms to a total of 200 women since the Breast Screening program was launched.

Starting area for participants will be the Four Seasons Resort Side road along the drive. Participants will be walked to the start line minutes before the race begins.

Tri Star inflatable starting line will be inflated and placed at the area just outside of the guest parking lot over the main drive with as little interruption to guest and vehicle traffic as possible. Four Seasons employees will line the driveway to cheer on the participants.
